Refund and returns

By making a purchase, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Return and Exchange Policy

• Return or exchange requests will only be allowed within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  
• You can place a return or exchange request through the “Return or Exchange” option in the website footer.
  

Refunds

• In case of a return, the amount will be refunded either to the original payment method used during purchase or to the bank account details you provide at the time of the refund request.
  
• For exchanges, if you select an item of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference. If the new item is of lower value, we will refund you the difference.
  

Return Pickup and Processing

• Once your return request is confirmed, we will schedule a pickup within 1–3 business days, at no additional cost.
  
• Typically, we receive the returned product within 6–7 days.
  
• Upon receiving and inspecting the product, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2–3 days, provided all return conditions are met.
  
• If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we will offer suitable alternatives or process a refund.
  
• The entire return or exchange process may take 10–15 business days in total.
  
• Please note: Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
  
• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
  

Coupon Code Policy

Orders placed using coupon code NORETURNNOEXCHANGE receive a flat 5% discount, but are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation under any circumstances.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Orders placed using Store Credit or Gift Cards
  
• Gift Cards themselves
  
• Customized or made-to-order products
  

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

• The product is unused and not damaged
  
• It is in its original packaging
  
• It includes all original tags and labels
  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take stringent measures to ensure that all items are in perfect condition before dispatch. However, in rare cases, the following issues may occur:

• The item may be damaged during transit
  
• There may be a manufacturing defect
  
• A wrong item may have been delivered
  

In such cases, we will replace or refund the item, provided the request is made within the specified 5-day window.

Self-Shipping Returns

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you can self-ship the item to us using any reliable courier service within 5 days of raising the return request.

Please include a note inside the package mentioning your Order Number and Return ID.

Any product self-shipped after 5 days of raising a return request will not be accepted.

We will send you a confirmation email once the returned item is received at our warehouse.

Special Conditions

• Items purchased during Black Friday Sale (28th November to 2nd December 2024) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
• We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.
